OOC: Question For Jenny's Students

What I'd like to do for next week's classes depends upon you guys being willing to do a little extra work.

I'd like Jenny to assign you guys to keep a dream journal. Which basically would mean you guys would have to write up one dream for your characters. I'd say maybe a paragraph's worth of detail? Then next week on Monday, you'd analyze your own dream and another person's dream (with that person's name removed) during class and turn it in as written homework.

On Thursday, you guys would talk about how your own interpretation of your dream varied from someone else's interpretation of your dream. And you would get feedback from the entire class on the dream interpretation. In no way do I have OCD threads already planned out for this. Really.

I think this sounds like a lot of fun, and I've been saving this "unit" for a while. Please let me know if you're interested in this, because like I said--it's extra work compared to what I normally ask for in classes. So I don't want to slam you guys with something that's too much for you.

I've actually been doing a lot of prep work with the Jung students on the unconscious and archetypes and stuff, but Magical Theory and Psych 101 will be getting a lecture on dreams next week that will get them ICly ready for a dream interpretation lesson.

I'm actually away next Monday and was planning on just catching up with missed lessons when I got on Wednesday, I would be willing to do the work though, I could maybe write the dream before I went away and pos it in your voicemail though if that would help you out.
